1.4 The operating system used on your mobile device

Purpose: To ensure compatibility between the app and your device, and optimize performance across different operating systems.

1.5 The geographical location information of your device

Purpose:

To determine the location of your device relative to other devices equipped with GNSS navigation systems.

To provide location data as the starting point when using third-party navigation software.

To provide real-time navigation, route updates, and task optimization suggestions.

Displays weather forecasts and meteorological information based on your current location, helping to schedule work times.

1.6 Camera permission

Purpose:

Allows you to take photos of agricultural machinery (e.g., tractors, harvesters, etc.) as part of the equipment information.

Makes it easy to manage and view within the app; uses these photos as unique icons on the map for real-time tracking and management.

Scans QR codes on the smart terminal tablet, with the scanned SN result serving as proof for adding devices.

1.7 Photo library permission

Purpose:

Allows you to select and upload photos of agricultural machinery (e.g., tractors, harvesters, etc.) as part of the equipment information, making it easier to manage and track within the system.

Facilitates management and viewing within the app; uses these photos as unique icons on the map for real-time tracking and management.

1.8 Your email address, name, and phone number

Purpose: For account registration, identity verification, and sending necessary notifications (e.g., feature updates, service changes), and marketing activities. To provide a better experience, the app may ask you to provide certain personal information, including but not limited to email, user ID, phone number, and location. You agree to the processing of your sensitive personal information as described in this Privacy Policy for the purposes and methods outlined.

1.9 Android ID (Device Unique Identifier)

Purpose: Used to uniquely identify your device, enabling account-device binding and device management, and ensuring service continuity and security. This information is only accessed after you have explicitly agreed to this Privacy Policy.

1.10 Precise and Approximate Location Permission (ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION / ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION)

Purpose: To obtain the real-time geographic location of your device for core functions including map display, agricultural machinery real-time tracking, navigation planning, and weather information queries. Only accessible after your active authorization; you may revoke this permission at any time in your system settings.

1.11 Device MAC Address

Purpose: Used for network environment identification and device unique identification, assisting in network connection quality optimization and device security management. This information is only accessed after you have explicitly agreed to this Privacy Policy.

Our product is developed based on DCloud uni-app (5+ App/Wap2App). During application operation, it is necessary to collect your device's unique identification code (IMEI/Android ID/DEVICE_ID/IDFA, SIM card IMSI information, OAID) to provide statistical analysis services, and to improve performance and user experience through analysis of application startup data and abnormal error logs, in order to provide users with better services. Used for map display, location positioning and navigation functions.
